Processing
After you have filled out an application and after
we have pulled your credit, we will need to generate a file
containing all the relevant information. The loan officer or
mortgage broker will obtain the information from you. One of our
loan processors will enter the information on the computer, and
create your file.
If your credit score is high enough, we may only
need to send the electronic file for underwriting.
Otherwise, we will create a printed copy of the
file with the supporting documentation. That file will be sent to
the selected lender for approval using overnight delivery.
At One Stop Mortgage, we will do everything we can
to speed up the processing of your loan.
At this point, you should be talking to different
insurance companies. Insurance rates - for the identical coverage
- can vary widely. By selecting the lowest insurance rates for the
coverage you need, you can lower your monthly payment.
