Your loan

Guidelines

You will need to provide your mortgage broker with information about your financial status. This usually includes:

  • Recent W2's and tax returns.

  • Recent pay stubs.

  • Recent bank statements.

  • Other properties that you own.

  • Other sources of income.

Depending on the loan program that fits your needs, all of these items are not always required. The loan officers at One Stop Mortgage are trained on how to get most of the documents that are needed, and can help identify exactly what you need to provide.

If you open new bank accounts, move money from one account to another, or apply for other credit while the lender is processing your file, differences between what you initially stated and the reports that the lender receives could jeopardize your loan.
